Problem with 128M of ram - GESBC-9260 - Kernel OPS

After my adventure with "flashing new kernel from inside Linux" and after having recovered it with sam-ba my GESBC-9260 seems to suffer of many Kernel OPS.

I noticed that memory chip on 128M version is some samsung chip (not the hynix one on 64M version) ... maybe I need different version of boot loader to make it work again or it's just a coincidence and the board is faulty?

I have other five 64M board: the same kernel and debian images works perfectly.

Before sam-ba recovery the GESBC-9260 with 128M has worked for many days without a problem.

The bootstrap code setup the external memory access.  The setup is different for 128MB version.  You can build your own from Atmel source code or use the one attached.
